Day 15, Lawmakers debated two controversial judicial bills, and tax exemptions for guns.

Day 15 saw two controversial bills passed on the chamber floors. SB332 removes the State Supreme Courts role in overseeing the Prosecuting Attorneys Qualifications Commission. And, SB63 will expand the number of crimes that will require cash bonds, including misdemeanors. Also, there will now be a 5-day period each October when you can buy guns, ammo, and other related items tax free.
