Punishing gang recruitment and helping pregnant moms on Day 17.

Day 17 started on a lighter light note as the house showed off their winning dance moves and trophy in the House-Senate dance contest. Then, it was back to business as the House passed HB 129, which extended TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) to pregnant women. The Senate went after gangs with SB 44, which would add mandatory minimum sentences for recruiting new gang members.
