On Day 30, Chief Justice Boggs delivered the annual State of the Judiciary address.

In a special joint session of the House and Senate, Georgia Supreme Court Chief Justice Michael P. Boggs visited the House to deliver his State of the Judiciary address. Chief Justice Boggs addressed the continued challenge of case backlogs and short staff following the COVID-19 pandemic. He also applauded both chambers’ legislative efforts to address mental health across the state.
