House passes GOP Redistricting Bill, 99 to 79, and sends it to the Senate.
The Georgia House passed the GOP redistricting bill by a vote of 99 to 79, after Speaker Ralston held a morning "history lesson". Democrats say that the bill gerrymanders districts giving the Republicans political power that isn't reflective of the changing demographics of the state. Republicans say they created a fair map that adheres to state and federal mandates. Donna Lowry has the story.
