The Children’s Holocaust Memorial teaches tolerance and expands the worldview of students.
In 1997, an after-school project was created for middle school students in Whitwell, Tennessee. Its purpose was to teach tolerance and to expand the worldview of students in this small town. From that simple idea, the Children’s Holocaust Memorial was born, and more than twenty years later, the project’s legacy has made an impact on not only those students, but the entire community.
