Charter school legislation continues to make its way through the House.

Kentucky gets closer to becoming the 44th state to legalize charter schools as the House sends a plan to the Senate on day 23 of the regular session. Debate on allowing public charter schools was the main topic in a marathon session in the House. They passed House Bill 520 which now heads to the Senate.
