Make the Yuletide gay.
From now on, our troubles will be miles away.
Here we are.
As in olden days.
Happy golden days of your faithful friends who are dear to us.
Will be near to us once more.
Through the year we all will be together.
If the fates allow us.
Until then, we'll have to muddle through somehow.
So have yourself a merry little Christmas.
Through the year, we all will be together.
If the fates allow us hang a shining star.
Upon the highest bough.
Have yourselves a merry little Christmas.
The next song we'd like to do for you is a traditional Christmas piece arranged by my good friend John D'Amico.

The first Noel angels did say was to certain poor shepherds in fields where they lay in fields where they lay.
Keeping their sheep on a cold winter's night that was so deep.
Noel, noel Noel, noel Born is the king of Israel.
They looked up, saw a star shining in the east beyond them So far, and to the earth gave it great light.

And we're playing a traditiona Chanukah song called Maoz Tzur for gamelan, baroque flute and tabla.
Next, we like to feature our musical director, Scott Anderson, with the story of Snoopy and the Red Baron.
The news had come out in the First World War.
The bloody Red Baron was out at once more.
The Allied command ignored all of its men and called on Snoopy to do it again.
Twas the Night before Christmas and 40 below.
Snoop went up in search of his phone.
He spied the Red Baron, and fiercely they fought with ice on his wings.
He knew it because there were Christmas bells.
Those Christmas bells ringing through the light.
Asking peace for all the world and goodwill to men.
The Baron had Snoopy dead in his sights and reached for the trigger to pull it up tight.
Why he didn't shoot.
We'll never know.
Or was i the bells in the village below?
Christmas bells.
Those Christmas bells ringing through the land.
Asking peace for all the world.
And goodwill to men.
Married.
Made Snoopy fly to the right.
And forced him to land behind the enemy lines.
Snoopy was certain that this was the end.
When the Baron cried out.
Merry Christmas, my friend!
The Baron then offered a holiday toast, and Snoopy, our hero, saluted his host.
Then with more they were both on their way, knowin they'd been on some other day.
Oh, Christmas bells, those Christmas bells ringing through the line.
Asking for peace for all the world and goodwill to men.
Christmas bells, those Christmas bells ringing through the land.
Asking for peace for all the world.
And goodwill.
To may.

That I wrote for the Oak Ridge Boys called The King is born great.
To you, this night the king is born.
He is the promised one.
God so loved the world.
He sends down his only son, a rich man, poor men, wise men.
For he will deliver all from trouble.
And grief.
Tidings of joy to the world.
The King is born.
No velvet or satchel, no pillow folk is in straw from the stable to make the baby's bed.
Angels come.
The shepherds in the hills.
Sing emmanuel emmanuel Tidings of joy to the world.
The king is born.
The son of man.
The Prince of Peace.
Savior to us all.
Humble birth and Bethlehem.
The greatest gift of all.
And all the earth will know his name.
And all the earth will hear his word.
We'll hear his words in his word.
Tidings of joy to the world.
The King is born.
And tidings of joy to the world.
The king is born.
He is part of.
Here's Carol Lee ESPY debuting her brand new song, Waiting in Bethlehem.
Awake from sleep.
Tender it in.
Time won't keep.
Small little bling.
I've seen the sign.
Starlight.
Divine.
Take my hand.
The knowledge.
Cross the sand.
In this midnight.
In.
Be not afraid.
Cassidy, just say friend.
Yes.
Everything we've hope for has come true.
Prince of peace is born for me and you and his waiting in Bethlehem.

Swift to feed us and away.
All life it seems it's part of this dream.
And still my heart beat its on in this race I won't rest, let space.
See.
Three kings on the knees and yes, everything we've hope for has come true, a prince.
Peace is born for me and you and his waiting in Bethlehem.
In Bethlehem.

An old English medley from the madrigals.
Lully, lulla, thou little tiny child, by by, lully lullay.
1 O sisters too, how may we do for to preserve this day this poor youngling, for whom we do sing by by, lully lullay?

My favorite thing about Christmas these days is seeing all the decorations going through and looking at everybody's houses, the lights, the decorations.
It was always a big deal in our house growing up, my father would go to great lengths to decorate the house for Christmas.
Going downtown where the homeless were and me, I had to give my presents to them in person.
And that is the memory that I share the most sharing with us that really, really, really needed.
I actually I think this year at Christmas 2005 is going to be a special one to remember because the kids, my twins, they celebrate their birthday December 18th, right around Christmas, and they just want to contest in school for music first and second place.
My son wants a drum set this year, and I think Santa Claus is going to come through.
I got my first two Wheeler, and we had just enough bar spot on the road for me to ride it, and I had to ride it.
So I rode my two Wheeler and went way down.
This hill.
And on the way back up, I was pushing my brand new two Wheeler up the hill.
I just kind of laid my face on the handlebar as I was pushing it up the hill, and when I got up the top of the hill, I realized my lips had frozen to the handlebars, and so I cried all the way into the driveway.
We always g home to visit my grandparents, which is on the coast in Myrtle Beach.
And that year, for whatever reason, we got eight inches of snow and it's extremely rar for South Carolina to get snow.
But I remember, for the good grace of God, my parents were able to drive through all that sno and make it down to the beach, and it was an amazing Christmas.
When bought for my dad to get me an electric bass guitar for about six month and I said, yeah, yeah, I'll see what we can do about that.
And, and it came on Christmas Day.
I opened it up to a brand new shiny bass guitar.
I just took that plugged it in on the amplifier, and I didn't come out there for four hours.
I didn't know how to play it.
I didn't know how to tune it, but it didn't matter.
One of my favorite Christmas memories growing up was going to midnight mass and then coming home, and my mom would always hav cheese and crackers and cookies and eggnog and not too fond of eggnog anymore.
But, and then we listened to Nat King Cole and still holds a warm place in my heart.
Mine isn't quite that, heartwarming.
We were actually, a couple Christmases ago had adopted a dog just to foster for a couple weeks.
He was supposed to be housebroken, and, apparently he wasn't, because he came in the living room as the first official act was to douse the town of Bethlehem from about ten feet away in the living room.
