Held on the Gulf of Mexico each spring, the Stephen C. Smith Regatta raises money for the American Cancer society. 2017 marks the event’s 44th year. In this story we talk with participant and volunteers Stan Derzypolski and Angel Ganey about what to expect at the event and why the mission to fight cancer is so important to them. The 2017 event takes place April 28-30.
