For this Fork in the Road, Charles Renaud returns to Pecan Ridge Plantation in Southern Georgia to meet Eric Cohen and his Black Lab, Tate. Tate has been trained to hunt for truffles, a mushroom prized by chefs and other gourmets and used in all sorts of culinary delights. Charles learns where truffles are found and how a dog sniffs them out.
