Upper Chipola River Kayak/ Canoe Adventure

Clip: Season 2 Episode 5 | 4m 40sVideo has Closed Captions

We paddle the Upper Chipola River, where weather and fallen trees keep things interesting.

We explore the Upper Chipola River, starting at Bellamy Bridge. The bridge attracts folks day and night. They hop ego catch glimpse of Elizabeth Bellamy's ghost. Local historian Dale Cox shares her tragic story of love with us. Then, we head out on the water for a kayak/ canoe trip that was haunted in its own right. Lightning storms and fallen trees let us explore the floodplain forest.
