A look at progress on the Loop Trolley & the challenges ahead.
Twenty years ago, developer Joe Edwards began talking about bringing streetcars back to Delmar Blvd, and this year the Loop Trolley will begin operation. In late March, the first of the streetcars was pulled along the 2.2 mile route to test clearances and give St. Louis a sneak peak at the return of the streetcars.
