THIS IS A PROGRAM THAT I THINK WE CAN TAKE THROUGHOUT THE STATE.

THEY ARE A TRANSFORMATIVE VEHICLE TO GETTING TO THE INSIDES OF PEOPLE AND RELEASING WONDER AND JOY AND HAPPINESS AN INTEREST.
AND THE KIDS JUST AGAIN, THEY LIGHT UP AND THEY FORGET EVERYTHING ELSE.
SO THAT IT'S A REAL TRANSFORMATIVE VEHICLE, AND EVERYTHING AROUND THE HORSE THA I'M TEACHING THEM IS JUST SO AGAIN THEY BECOME COMFORTABLE AND FAMILIAR WITH IT SO THAT WHEN WE ACTUALLY DO GET TO THE HORSES AND TART GROOMING OR EVENTUALLY START RIDING OR HANDLING THEM MORE AND MORE, THAT THEY WILL BE FULLY PREPARED.

WE HAVE ALL KINDS OF LONGJOHNS, CARAMEL, CHOCOLATE.
WE MAKE THE YEAST RAISED DOUGHNUT, AND THAT'S ANYTHING LIKE YOUR GLAZED, LONGJOHNS, TH PEEDEE AND BORDER BELT.
THAT'S A YEAST DOUGHNUTS.
THEN WE HAVE THE CAKE DOUGHNUTS WE HAVE A VA NILLA CAKE THAT HA DIFFERENT ICINGS AND THEN WE HAVE THE DUNKIN' STICK, A BLUEBERRY, A SOUR CREAM AND A DEVIL'S FOOD.
THE PRETZEL IS MY FAVORITE DOUGHNUT.
IT'S JUST LIKE THE GLAZED.
IT HAS CINNAMON INSIDE.
IT HAS A CRISPNESS TO IT BECAUS THE WAY IT'S SHAPED ABOUT THE GREASE CAN GET AROUND IT MORE, AND IT'S JUST SUCH A GOOD DOUGHNUT.. FRIED DOUGHNUTS, ICED DOUGHNUTS I SOMETIMES HELP WITH THE ICING OF THE CAKES.
I BAKE THE CAKES.

I BAKE COOKIES AND ALL THE MAINTENANCE IN THE STORE.

ORIGINALLY I WAS A CAKE DECK RARITY AND WHEN I BOUGHT THE BAKERY FROM MR.
BUSSMAN, HE TURNED ME INTO A BAKER.
I DIDN'T HAVE A LOT OF BANG.
I HAD NO DOUGHNUT EXPERIENCE.
EVERYTHING I LEARNED FROM HIM THAT WAS DOUGHNUTS, PIES, I LEARNED HOW TO DO CAKES FROM MY MOTHER.

BUSSMAN'S RECIPES SEEMS TO HAVE WORKED OVER THE YEARS AND SHE HAS KEPT EVERY RECIPE FROM WHEN SHE BOUGHT THE PLACE.
THESE ARE 40-YEAR-OLD RECIPES FROM MR.
BUSSMAN.
YOU HAVE CAKE RECIPES, DOUGHNUT RECIPES, COOKIE RECIPES.
FOR THE CAKES ME THAT I CAN ALL THE ICING AND STUFF ORIGINAL.
THEY MAKE THE CHOCOLATE ICING ORIGINAL, AND THEY PUT WHATEVER MR.
BUSSMAN HAD ON THE RECIPE, AND HE HAS ON IT ALL THESE OLD WITHERED 40-YEAR-OLD SHEETS SHE MAKES THEM, AND THE THING ABOUT IT, SHE KNOWS THEM ALL IN HER HEAD NOW.

I LOVE THIS PART OF THE BAKERY BECAUSE IT'S CREATIVE, AND I GE TO DO WHAT I WANT TO DO AND I CAN MAKE ANY CAKE THE WAY I WAN TO MAKE IT.
THE BUSIEST DAY FOR US IS SATURDAY.
TODAY WE HAVE 22 CAKES, AND PLU ON TOP THAT OF WE HAD TO DO ALL THE DOUGHNUTS AND ANYTHING ELSE WE NEEDED, AND SO IT'S GOING TO BE A LONG, LONG DAY.
THE KUKAS ARE A GERMAN ITEM, AN NOT A LOT OF BAKERIES MAKE THEM ANYMORE, AND A LOT OF PEOPLE PRONOUNCE THEM KOUKAN.
I GREW UP SAYING KUKA.
IT'S THE CHEESE AND CINNAMON LIKE A CRUM CHARACTER AND THEN THE CINNAMON HAS WITH APPLE HAS A LAYER OF CINNAMON.
