Families reacted to a new report from NJ's acting comptroller that identified 15 one-star nursing homes as chronic underperformers. The report recommends the state use that funding as leverage, to force historically poor performers to improve within two years or face consequences that could include loss of Medicaid money. But an industry spokesman says the report's outdated.
