That's just L-U-C-A.
It's easier for everyone.
I basically love everything that music has to offer.
As a child when I grew up, I lived in a lot of countries and I guess one of my refuge was music, right, listening to music.
I remember when the first iPod got out, it was just something so fascinating for me.
I started listening to Metallica and Black Eyed Peas.
Those were like some funny combinations, right?
That was just me discovering music back then.
But as I broadened up my vision, I started to listening more across rock and roll, heavy metal, blues.
I'm a very big blues guy.
That's how I learned playing the instrument, the guitar.
At the same time, I love listening to anything, like I have different kinds of backgrounds when it comes to listening music, classical music, definitely jazz as well, but I guess I grew up as a rocker, that's for sure.
My background, I'm from Romania and Romania is an actually interesting country when it comes to music, past and present meet, right, so you've got a traditional kind of music, at the same time, we have this rebellious spirits, especially since the Revolution in 1989.
A lot of the young people back then, they were listening to rock and roll music back in the '80s, '70s kinds of music, '90s.
I know my folks, they were part of those generations so I believe I was very much influenced by the guitar and since I was a kid, because of this refuge-seeking behavior that I had, I ended up handling an acoustic guitar and started playing with it and I discovered that I had a really very good musical hearing abilities.
I got together with a professor in Romania, very awesome fellow.
He plays the bass, he's basically my mentor, and he guided me on how to handle a guitar and from back then, right, it's not only learning the songs, it's learning music.
That's how you be resilient.
You'll be resilient with practicing music.
We enjoyed our time together, jamming together and discovering all these styles and genres and I perfected myself over the years.
What do I like most about performing?
Well, just music, like just music.
This is my passion, I love doing this.
This is the first time I'm doing this, so it's very special.
I've been used to just practicing by myself, posting my stuff on Instagram, doing covers, doing improvisations, instrumental covers.
Sometimes when I play on the guitar, I can lose myself in time.
