That's MADWOMAN on WUFT Amplifie I'm Glenn Richards, and this is Leni, tell us how MADWOMAN came Well, Chandler McFarland here, this is my partner of almost 12 We're celebrating our 12 year an this month, and we're high schoo sweethearts, and we started play together in 2014.

Chandler learned guitar, and he really encouraged me to s I actually used to be so nervous to sing in front of people that I was so shy, I wouldn't do So Chandler really pulled it out and yeah, we had like a little garage band going on in his house garage.

And then we happened to meet Unmil through our first guitaris And so we had us three.

After the guitarist left, Chandl learned guitar and yeah, then we happened to ju Riley and Louie through playing music around Gai and I couldn't ask for a more perfect group of to play music with.

You guys seem to have been playi a lot lately.

Things have been really kind of picking up for the band.

Yeah, yeah.

Riley joined us a year ago in January and he joined us just before tha So we've really been playing mus together for a little bit over a now and we're really excited to keep going.

Awesome.

Well, some of your influences, what would you say?

Well, that's always a good one.

I know it's probably- I'm hearin but you want to narrow some down Definitely Tame Impala.

I would say Tame Impala.

Radiohead.

Um, so everything for the past 70 years of music?

Yeah, of course.

I grew up on classic rock.

That's basically all I listen to So Stevie Nicks is a really big for me as well.
