Enjoy some of Pittsburgh's greatest gospel talent, including the Aliquippa Church and the Round Radio Choir under the direction of Reverend Curtis Lewis.
Oh, Hallelujah.
The one thing that I would like to emphasize not only about the church and Round Choir, but about the church and Round and this ministry and that.
Pastor Cox says that we are not rigidly formal, nor are we foolishly fanatical, but we are fervently fundamental, earnestly evangelical, and purely Pentecostal.
And is the church where you can feel that Jesus is real?
Tom and Cathy Hickling and the Visitors, publishers of Pittsburgh's Christian newspaper expression God is in control.
We think if Christians will just put aside their differences and work together to do what we really want to do, which is not argue over doctrines or problems that we have, but work in a positive way to change our society around us and change Pittsburgh, that we can really make a difference.
And that's why we do what we do.
God is in control of everything.
The Night Hall of Singers, featuring Pittsburgh evangelist Sister Mattie Hollis and her family.
Really.
Family were brought up in the church, and it's just a part of us that's part of our service.
Singing and praising God.
Together on the piano and bang!
And sang until we kind of blessed us to be able to do it.
You know, I think pretty close, these people say so.
And Bonita Lee Ridley, whose musical ministry has its roots in the people of Pittsburgh and never, never go away.
I'll ride it till the day, but I'll be proud.
Sincerely yours.
They've all always prayed for me, with me and encouraged me in my music field.
They've always been there.
If they couldn't be there bodily, they've always been there in spirit and encouragement, encouraging me to do what I do.
They've always believed in what I've done, and that's had a great deal of, It's been very encouraging to have your family stand behind what you do and really believe in what you do.
It's music straight from the heart.
With some of Pittsburgh's greatest gospel performers tonight on Make a Joyful Noise.
God so loved the way that he gave his only begotten son.
The son so loved the way that he gave his only life.
But I cannot explain how he suffered, bled and died for me.
Because.
But because he did.
I have eternal love.
Oh, God, he is the love.
That he got.
I have his only begotten son.
I. So love the way that you oh, oh, we love nothing I cannot and I love I not.
And I love me.
But you told.
Me I can't Oh yeah I see, 0h I see.
Love.
Oh you believe on the fly you believe I am free Oh 0h All I am free I am free It's good to be here tonight.
We are the visitors.
I'd like to introduce the group to you on the lead guitar.
Here we have Mike Salas.
And behind me on the drums is Paul Halstead.
And the Bible says that God will bless the upright man.
So we searched all over till we found the upright bass player who was willing to play with us.
His name, Steve Cole.
A lot of country songs about cheating on your wife and lying and stuff like that.
And so is this one.
He's living a double life trying to keep it from the kids in the lab, things that his friends in his family don't know and see by the look in his eyes.
And he's just not satisfied.
And it won't be until he gets up living that double life.
Will on Monday morning, you'll find him at work.
You can't tell him from another guy.
He's telling him dirty old jokes and telling them same old lie He's cheating on his business, cheating on his taxes, he cheating on his wife.
He's got no good reason for living that double life.
But he's moving up.
Come back.
Try to keep it from the kids for the things that his friends and his family don't know.
They can see by the look in his eyes that he's just not satisfied.
And it will tell you little man with double life.
But now, on Sunday morning, you'll find him at church, warming up his favorite pew, acting like the Pope's is born again.
But the whole way through it, singing I surrender all to you, Jesus, just as I am.
But he don't mean the world is singing the song Sunday Stand because he's living a double life.
Time to hear from the kids.
And the wife says the you work in this families of those things, so you gotta look in his eyes and he's just not satisfied.
And while living in the double life.
Now Jesus said, I'd rather have you hot or cold.
I guess that's the way it I feel too you giving my Savior a bad name by living the way you do.
Boy, you ought to be a full time sinner.
If you ain't gonna live for Christ.
Cause you can't live for him on Sunday.
If not for the rest of your life.
Give up that double life time to keep it from the kids and the wife.
And he thinks other friends at work and your family don't know.
They already found out.
They can see you out of your eyes and just not satisfied.
And he won't give up living that double life.
Let me tell you, Christian life is one of hope, even when tragedy strikes.
And last summer, Tom's brother David, who played the drums with us, went home to be with the Lord.
He was a good, good brother.
He, played the drums in our band and he lived with us.
He was serving God and it was tragic.
We miss him today, but we know that he's with the Lord so we can rejoice.
And we want to sing a song for you that spreads the message of hope.
If you're going through anything, if you're going through any kind of problem or struggle.
For Christians, we know that Jesus is the answer.
And the Bible says in Romans 828 that all things work together for the good of those who love the Lord, and those who are called according to his purpose.
And we can stand on that and believe it, because the song we wrote when we were going through kind of hard times, it's called God is in Control.
What is around you?
Do not fear.
And when those dark clouds surround you, be of good cheer.
When things are looking back, begin to sing.
Because God is in control of everything.
He says I'll never leave you.
Just don't be scared.
So won't you give him all of your problems and all of your fears.
Submit yourself to God and you will see feel for you through our journey to you.
God is in control.
God is in control, God is control of it.
Pretty.
You know your situation.
There is the expectation that all things work together for the good.
For those who really love you and put your faith above me.
God is in control for everything.
You believe that.
Just sing this song of life to friend and foe.
Your broken hearts will mend.
And the tears will flow.
To get the sing praises to our fear.
Because our God is dear and controlling everything.
And our God is in control.
God is in control.
Yes, God is in control of everything.
In every situation.
There is the expectation that all things work together for the true for them.
So we live on.
Another thing the love.
God is in control of everything.
for those who really love hime and prove nothing above him.
Our God is in control of everything.
Everyday I want my life to be filled I want to treat the way Jesus wants me to because he said to you.
I want to show I want to I do, the service I want to do, I do, I do, I want I want to say I'm not so many I love, I love, I love you, I love I want to and everything I say and do in the service.
Do not you So so long for me because I know I love you and I know you love me.
where I stand, I love it, I love him, I love you, I love you, I love him, and I love him.
Do you love him?
I love it, I love it, I love it, I love him, and I know, I know, I know you love me.
Come on down.
Got me.
He got me.
Everything that I say I do in the service I wanted to choose.
Clap your hands.
You, you have.
What a wonderful counselor.

Will you be a witness.

I know I don't have you been in a. And you didn't know where the Lord send an angel down from.
Oh yes.
You stand right by your side.
You have nothing to worry about.

Yeah, yeah, I know.
He didn't do it that way.
But me, when you don't know where you know.
Jump you.
Right back I. Do.
I know you will.
Monday, Tuesday Wednesday, Thursday Friday, Saturday My Lord, I wanna be over.
Oh, I wanna be a witness for my lord.
Oh, I wanna be a witness for my lord.
Oh, I wanna be a witness for my lord.
for my lord.
Have you ever.
You're gonna sing for this today?
No, just when lord send an angel God takes care of you by your side.
yes he does God is done by witnesses to tell you what he's done.
for my lord.
for my Lord.
Did you hear me?
When I got enough to be a witness?
Did you happen to be a witness?
You wanna be someone beautiful?
Come on.
Up.

Now.
Ha ha ha ha ha!
Will you be a witness a witness a witness a witness Oh, oh.

I wanna be a witness for my lord Be a witness for my lord I wanna be a witness.
I wanna be a witness.
for my lord Oh, I wanna be a. witness for my lord You will.
Oh.
Oh.
As it is Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our debts.
As we forgive our debt to.
And lead us not into temptation.
But deliver us from me.
Oh, it is for lord.
Oh!
Lord, I take this time to write to you.
a letter knowing.
Even though you know what's on my mind.
But ask for truth and it begins to be become classic.
There's two words that I've written in the lines.
As I know I see you to praise.
I took more time.
As it leads out on the pages written may I, as the truth of it begins to become planted.
These two words have now become my heartfelt praise.
Sincerely yours Lord.
I sign my life to you.
Sincerely yours, with a strong and honest hope.
To be the best that I can be and what I am without a find for me.
Lord, help me now to be.
Sincerely, your without a proud, a selfish mindset.
Say you're Lord now until the end of time.
Please make my life become a letter.
You can be and never never throw away.
I'll write it till the day that I become sincerely yours.
Oh.
Sincerely yours.
Now I sign my letter to you sincerely yours.
Sincerely.
Yours Yay It is amazing.
How God has looked beyond all of our faults and saw our needs.
No matter who you are, no matter what you've done, he will look beyond everything as long as you're willing to come to him.
With the repentant saying, I'm sorry, turning away from that spirit and saying, Lord, I want to be yours, and I want you to be mine.
And it is amazing grace, amazing grace.
God is really good.
Amazing.
Grace shall always be with one of my songs of praise.
For me, it was grace that my heart, my liberty.
I do not know just why he came to love me so.
Jesus he looked beyond my faults.
And he saw my needs.
Oh mazing.
Grace shall always, always be one of my songs of praise.
For it was grace that part for my liberty.
I do not know why or how Jesus came to love us so we looked beyond our fault and he saw how hard I am here I shall forever live.
my life to you when I Jesus, is us.
Part of me.
the grandest are for me.
Oh.
He looked beyond our faults.
And he saw, our need I shall.
Oh, he.
He looked beyond, What he looked beyond, folks, he looked beyond, folks.
And he saw our need for me.
It's me.
For you.
And to conclude tonight's program once again, we present the Aliquippa church in the round radio choir.
The songwriters say Christ did it all.
Now I am free, Christ.
Because Christ did it all.
I have victory.
But more than that, right now, because of what Jesus did, I have eternal life.
Hallelujah!
We've tried a lot of things, and we found out that everything that we've tried has failed.
And hence we turn to Jesus for man's extremities.
What God's opportunity.
We found out that Jesus was there.
He was there all the time, waiting patiently in line.
Jesus.
He was there.
Time after time.
I went searching for something to satisfy.
I was looking for satisfaction.
And the things I thought money could buy.
But empty was my spirit.
For I knew not the Savior nor his redeeming love.
Till I ask him, Oh Lord.
In my life take control.
In my life all the time He was there.
I guess he will end up all the, He will wait patiently patiently the history comes.
He was there.
He was there.
Oh.
He was there.
He was there.
Yeah.
Oh, God.
Right.
He was there.
Oh, he was waiting.
Patiently.
Patiently waiting.
Patiently I'm glad that I know that he was there.
Oh, God.
The glitter of the world.
And what it had to offer was false and not true.
Deception had seized me.
And I believe the lie rather than the truth.
But when I met Jesus.
My broken spirit.
It was mended again.
And he said I needlessly.
I suffered just because I would not let him in.
But he was there for me, right there.
He was there all the time He was there all the time Yeah.
He was there all the time I was waiting patiently.
patiently He was there.
All the time.
Hallelujah Oh, God.
Hallelujah Oh, God.
Oh, God.
Hallelujah Forever and ever Hallelujah Oh, God.
Oh, God.
Hallelujah oh, God, oh, God.
Hallelujah.
Hallelujah.
Hallelujah.
Hallelujah.
forever and ever Hallelujah Hallelujah Hallelujah oh god Hallelujah Hallelujah Hallelujah Hallelujah Hallelujah Forever and ever Hallelujah Lord of lord Hallelujah Hallelujah Forever and ever Forever and ever Hallelujah.
Hallelujah.
Forever and ever.
Hallelujah Forever and ever.
Hallelujah Hallelujah Hallelujah Hallelujah
