If they have a really important guest, like the king they will do this dish.
I enjoy to be in the kitchen in general.
I like if I cook something that takes too much time, and I put it there and [they] eat all of it.
I just feel, “Okay, I did something!” You know?
In Jordan back then they used to eat it by hand.
Not by spoons.
And thats the way you know they originally ate it.
