Rutgers anticipates resuming in-person classes on Jan. 31

For students at Rutgers University and a number of other New Jersey colleges, the new semester is starting this week with remote learning after the widespread spike in COVID-19 cases. It’s been a frustrating experience for many students, who would prefer to attend classes in person. They want to leave their dorm rooms and fully participate in campus life.
