Today, I'm going to the beach with my mom and my sister, Margaret.
I'm gonna help pack our beach bag.

[ Giggles ] Into the beach bag!
I like helping my parents with my sister, and I know someone else who's a big helper in her family -- our neighbor Anabella!
-Hi.
I'm Anabella.
And this is my awesome family.
-Hi!
-Hi!
-This is my mom, my dad, my brother Emmett, and my brother Cooper.
We call him "Super Cooper."
And these are our chickens.
[ Chickens clucking ] We have Raven, Crackers, Small Fry, and McNugget.
Feeding the chickens is hard work, but you get used to it over time, and it's really fun.
-Great job, guys.
Thank you.
-My favorite thing about being a big sister is, I get to help everyone out.
My brother Cooper has a disability and that means he can't walk, talk, or do a bunch of things the same way as my brother Emmett and me.
-Today, Anabella is helping her mom with some of Cooper's stretches that help him grow strong.
-Open your hands.
Ready?
Relax.

-Ah!
-Good job.
-He flipped it!
Good job, Coopie.
Mwah.
-Do you mind taking Emmett to go play while I finish up?
-Yeah, I can take him to go play.
Come on!

-When Anabella plays with Emmett, it gives her mom time to help Cooper.
-All done!
There we go.
The vet is open!
One of my favorite things to do with my brother is to play upstairs with him.
We play, like, "vet," so I'm in charge of the vet, and he brings all the hurt animals in.
He grabs them from the waiting room, grabs them from an ambulance, and brings them to me.
Do you want the white or the pink side showing?
-Pink.
-Pink?
Just roll it.
Gotta wake her up with our cookie.
Then I give them back to him to take them to the home.
Here you go, all fixed up!
-Thank you.
-Welcome!
-Sometimes I don't feel like helping when my mom asks, but I still help anyways, and it does make me feel proud... Oh, we got fish and spiders!
Aah!
...because it's the good thing to do.
-Hey, Bell, can you help me get Cooper's lunch together?
-Yeah.
-Thank you.
-Anabella is good at stopping what she's doing to help when her parents ask.
-Anabella is such a big helper.
She helps with Cooper's feeding.
Alright, want to help me?
-Yeah.
-Okay.
You remember?
-Yeah.
-He gets fed a little differently.
And it's through a tube in his belly.
We call it his second belly button.
And that's what feeds him, gives him nutrients.
-Volume?
-Uh-huh.
Clear.
-Clear.
-Now you can hit "run."
Anabella is always looking for ways to help, and she is amazing.
She just takes care of him and he gets comfortable.
He loves her, she loves him, and she just has the biggest heart.
-Aww.
"One day, while..." I'm excited to read to Cooper because I love reading and hanging out with him.
I think it makes him feel good.
♪ -Anabella looks for ways to help her family.
-If my mom's doing something with Cooper and, like, Emmett needs a snack, I'll get a snack for him because my mom's busy.
I've got the sandwiches!

-Helping my brother and my family makes me feel good and loving.
-Anabella likes to go swimming with her family, just like me!
-When we go swimming, my job is to pack the bags and take them out to the car.
♪ -Her grandparents have a pool where Anabella's whole family can play together.
-Now my favorite part -- jumpin' in!
♪ It is so special that Cooper can actually come in the pool with us.
He loves the pool.
♪ -Helping is a tigertastic way to say, "I love you."
