Gas Tax signed into law. Rep. Lynn Greer, (R)-Rogersville

We report on the Senate today giving final approval to Gov. Kay Ivey’s 10-cents-a-gallon gas tax increase for infrastructure needs. The vote count was 28-6, and Governor Ivey signed the gas tax hike into law this afternoon. And we’rel joined by Rep. Lynn Greer of Rogersville, who chairs the House committee that unanimously approved the gas tax last week.
