#### Governor Beshear has picked eight nominees to serve on the Kentucky State University Board of Regents, including former Governor Ernie Fletcher and former state auditor Ed Hatchett.
The nominees still need Senate approval.
KSU has been under state oversight since last summer because of its ongoing financial problems.
#### The General Assembly is in recess, after passing a budget and other bills yesterday.
Lawmakers will return April 13th and 14th to consider overriding any bills vetoed by Governor Beshear.
#### The unemployment rate went down in 112 of Kentucky's 120 counties, from February of 2021 to February of 2022.
It went up in six counties, and stayed the same in two.
Woodford County had the lowest jobless rate, at two-point-seven percent.
