U.S. Rep. Mark Pocan, D-Madison, discusses Democrats' plans for their new House majority. He expects Nancy Pelosi will become the next Speaker and says that the party's plan will be to both further policy and provide oversight. Pocan says his own priorities include securing funding for higher education, which he says is important for his district.
