U.S. Representative Thomas Massie of Kentucky's fourth Congressional District was fined $500 for not complying with a rule requiring masks on the House floor.
Representatives Marjorie Taylor GREENE of Georgia and Ralph Norman of South Carolina were also fined together.
The Hill reports the three are asking the US Supreme Court to take up their case.
They claim the fine violates the Constitution's 27th Amendment, which protects members of Congress from salary adjustments until after the next election.
Their case was already dismissed by lower courts.
