#### Governor Beshear says J. Michael Brown is leaving as executive cabinet secretary and Larry Hayes is stepping down as interim economic development secretary.
John Hicks will replace Brown.
Jeff Noel will replace Hayes.
#### Senator Rand Paul is single-handedly holding up a 40-billion dollar Ukraine relief package.
