#### Kentucky's courts are returning to normal.
Today, Chief Justice John Minton signed an order opening Kentucky's courts to everyone.
The order notes the recent decline in COVID cases and deaths.
Masks are no longer required.
Justice Minton says people CAN wear masks, if they want to, and judges might require masks in certain situations involving people more prone to getting sick.
#### A Kentucky congressman is worried about unfair treatment for some suspects in the January 6 riots at the U.S. Capitol.
According to the Cincinnati Enquirer, Northern Kentucky Republican Thomas Massie co-wrote a letter to U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland saying he has concerns about "hyper-polarization" impacting prosecutors decisions.
