Two years ago, Mayor Ivy Taylor surprised many political observers by defeating then-State Sen. Leticia Van de Putte to win her first mayoral election. This year, Taylor surprised many observers again, but in the other direction. Some predicted she would win without a runoff, but she ended up in a runoff against Ron Nirenberg. Taylor joins Rick Casey in the studio to talk about the race.
