#### The U.S. House voted yesterday to create a commission to investigate the January 6th riot at the U.S. Capitol.
The proposal now moves to the U.S. Senate.
In the House, 35 Republicans joined all Democrats voting 'yes.'
All five of Kentucky's Republicans voted no.
#### In Laurel County, a jury this week found State Representative Derek Lewis NOT guilty of DUI.
A deputy arrested Lewis in April of 2020.
Lewis refused a field sobriety test.
But the Courier-Journal reports prosecutors WEREN'T allowed to use Lewis' refusal as part of their case.
In April, the Kentucky Supreme Court ruled a defendant's refusal to submit to a warrantless blood test can not be used as evidence to help prove guilt.
