#### Berea College will REQUIRE students to receive COVID vaccines, before they return to campus this fall.
The Courier-Journal says it appears Berea College is Kentucky's first institution of higher learning to make it a requirement.
#### According to the website 'Talking Points Memo,' Senator Mitch McConnell says he finds Kentucky's decreasing vaccination rate to be disturbing.
Those remarks came today at the University of Louisville.
Leader McConnell also said this pandemic is not over.
#### Kentucky has 313 new COVID cases, with five new deaths and a positivity rate just under three and a half percent.
According to the state, the vaccination rate in Woodford County is 55 percent - the highest in Kentucky.
Christian and Spencer Counties are at 17 percent, tied for the lowest.
