With the clock ticking on the legislative session, lawmakers have yet to agree on how to fill the state's budget hole, raising the prospect of deep cuts to state agencies. Horizontal fracturing is now causing environmental damage in several counties, including impacting ground water. And efforts to reduce homelessness have been met with success in Tulsa, and are now spreading across Oklahoma.
