In a new report, Fitch Ratings describes Kentucky's financial outlook as "stable," and praises tax revenue numbers, state spending, and progress in dealing with the state pension shortfall.

Senator Rand Paul continues a three-day tour of the state.

The Lexington Herald-Leader reports in Somerset, yesterday, he said he opposes paying reparations to the descendants of slaves.
