#### Governor Andy Beshear says he thinks he'll have the legal leeway to take some executive action, allowing Kentuckians to use medical marijuana.
The governor's legal team is still looking at his options, after a medical marijuana bill died in the Republican-led Kentucky State Senate a few weeks ago.
#### The state is giving more than six million dollars to seven western Kentucky cities, counties, and utilities to help with recovery costs after the December tornadoes.
The money will help with expenses not covered by FEMA.
#### COVID case numbers increased slightly last week.
Four counties are now back in the yellow, or "medium," category - Bourbon, Nicholas, Henderson, and Union.
The remaining 116 counties all have low COVID numbers.
