-Channeling their experience in the classroom, and as Asian American women, Virginia and Stacy founded Educate to Empower to transform schools and communities.
-Classrooms are not isolated.
The things that happen outside always penetrate the room.
We both use teaching as our way to empower ourselves.
-We also bring our lens as history teachers to our community.
