Even as routines get back to normal and we pull further away from the pandemic, many people report feeling stagnant, even empty about the future. It turns out there’s a name for that general sense of blah. It’s called languishing. Anchor Bri Vannozzi asked Melissa Sampath, vice president of Community Mental Health Services at CarePlus New Jersey, to explain.
