The Governor declared a statewide emergency opioid epidemic Monday; Tucson and Pima County governments will both declare opposition to the President’s proposed border wall; The Catholic Bishop of Tucson, Gerald Kicanas, must retire this year at age 75. The bishop describes the process and what his role is; And two fire districts on the northwest side are proposing to consolidate into one district.
