NJ minimum wage hike starts, heads toward $15 by 2024

Starting Monday, the state began fulfilling a gubernatorial campaign promise. The minimum wage has risen by $1.15 an hour to $10 for some 242,000 workers. It climbs by a dollar a year until reaching $15 by 2024.
