Nicknamed "Cap" because he was a captain in Minnesota's Home Guard during World War I, Wigington designed schools, park houses, a water tower, and even ice palaces for the St. Paul Winter Carnivals.
Community leader and architect Clarence 'Cap' Wigington left an amazing legacy in ice and stone.
