Towns look to hold in-person voting in November, but outside

The Borough of Franklin wants the governor to allow them to have outdoor in-person voting.

The council of the Borough of Franklin passed a resolution last week calling on the governor to allow them to do traditional voting, but outside. New Jersey's election in November is mostly vote by mail, but some have raised concerns about voter fraud and the early counting of ballots.
