A new public sculpture by world-renowned artist Roy Lichtenstein was recently installed on the campus of Ohio State University. The artist, an OSU alumnus, first conceived the Modern Head sculpture in 1973. OSU’s sculpture is the fifth in the series and the only one to be fabricated after the artist’s death. At a height of 31 feet, Modern Head. which features Art Deco and Art Moderne styles.
