Congressman Duncan Hunter's corruption has been pushed back till Jan. 22. This is the second time the trial has been delayed because of a pending appeal. Plus, a new study finds that strict border enforcement creates a greater climate for Customs and Border Protection corruption. And, the Supreme Court has rejected SDG&E's request to pass along fire costs to ratepayers.
