- Welcome to the Noël Concert.
In this performance, you'll hear Montana State University's Symphony Orchestra and three incredible choral ensembles, the University Chorale, Montanans, and Voces Luminis, led by our talented School of Music faculty doctors, Kirk Aamot, Lukas Graf, and Tobin Stewart.
My name is Brock Tessman.
I have the distinct pleasure of serving as the President of Montana State University, and I am thrilled to share this special presentation with you.
MSU is Montana's first land-grant university, and part of our mission is to connect with communities across the state.
The Noël Concert is one of the ways we do that, bringing music and joy to Montanans everywhere.
Nearly 200 students are performing in this event.
They come from all corners of Montana, across the country, and even around the world.
They come from different backgrounds, they have different majors, but they're united by their love of music.
And what better setting than the beautiful Holy Rosary Church in Downtown Bozeman.
Over the last 10 years, the Noël Concert has become a cherished holiday tradition in the Gallatin Valley, and now we're delighted to share it with audiences across the state.
So sit back, relax, and enjoy this special celebration of music and community on Montana PBS.
