Ribbon-cutting takes place at Ascend dispensary in Montclair
They cut the ribbon at the new Ascend cannabis dispensary on Bloomfield Avenue in Montclair Wednesday. The dispensary has been open for a couple of weeks, but that still puts it in a minority despite overwhelming voter approval statewide. Montclair is in the minority of towns that allow the sales, but even then, only after a year of pushing and pulling.
