Morocco has ended its run with a loss to France

World Cup fever is surging in New Jersey after Morocco made history as the first team from Africa to ever advance to the semifinals. It earned that record on Wednesday, taking on defending world champions in a high-stakes game against France. New Jersey is home to a large Arab and Moroccan community in Paterson, where many gathered Wednesday at a local restaurant to cheer on the home team.
