We are nearly through our preliminary matches, as we knock the 16 teams down to eight for the quarterfinals.
Each of today's teams hopes to be the one to go all the way to win the $1,000 prize for their school's project graduation.
Morse High School from Bath is making their 4th appearance on the show, and they hope to defeat Orono, who is here for the very first time.
Will the newcomer upset the veteran?
We'll find out soon.
But first, let's get things going by meeting our players.
For Morse, we have Lochlan, Allie, Gideon, and Thomas, with alternate Declan and coached by Craig Tinker.
And for Orono, we have Nick, Teddy, Alan, and Noah, with alternates, Henry and Jack, and they're coached by Troy Wagstaff.
The competition has three rounds, the toss-up round, the category round, and, of course, the fun lightning round.
We'll start things off with the toss-up round.
All answers are worth 10 points, and this is the only round with no point deductions for wrong answers.
Players must wait for me to complete the question, and if one team answers incorrectly, the other team will be given a chance to answer.
