I find being outdoors to be a daily practice, I need to go outside.

If I don't go outside I'm miserable and the people around me are miserable.

Getting outside is vital to my wellbeing and my mental health I love mountain biking because I love being outside and it's such a great avenue to get outside.

I first started mountain biking when I was 14 years old.

That's when I first got my first mountain bike and I did a fair amount of racing in my teens and helped out with volunteer trail nights in central Minnesota.
