A judge clears the way for little known Democratic candidate Zephyr Teachout to challenge Gov. Andrew Cuomo in next month’s Democratic primary. The U. S. Dept. of Energy has approved an environmental permit for the Champlain-Hudson Power Express. Volunteers wanted to find out if the Asian Clam is spreading in Lake George. We talk with the filmmakers of a new documentary The Hard Places.
