2015 ELECTION PREVIEW: City of Plattsburgh asked to approve revisions to City Charter.
Residents in the City of Plattsburgh are being asked to approve revisions this Election Day to the City's Charter to update century-old language. Voters are also being asked to extend the Mayor's term from three to four years, and approve short-term changes in the lengths of terms for members of the Common Council.
