Recently New Jersey, a blue state, became even bluer. That has led to a power grab between the governor and the senate president. Polls show Murphy still has a positive approval rating but will he be able to leverage it and get anything passed? Marijuana legalization, expungement of arrest records, tax incentives and a plastic bag ban are all up for votes. Is Murphy a lame duck already though?
