The Frisco UFO is a Futuro House built in the late 60’s from a kit sold in the back of Playboy Magazine. 50 years ago the structure was initially a beach cottage on Hatteras & surfers would go & surf the break in front of the “spaceship”. Now it’s a notable tourist attraction in the OBX & people from all over the world come to take pictures & maybe get a glimpse of a friendly alien.
