Hawaii we're with you from childhood to adulthood and it's because of you we can continue to grow together I have had a long relationship with PBS Hawaii of course starting since I was a child and watching all the programming but mostly because I believe in it I believe in what PBS Hawaii is bringing to our [Music] community I've always supported PBS hav because of the programming PBS focuses on Hawaii it's culture issues that affect our lives and it's well done the reality we have to face is that private Market housing is not affordable at local wages it's just not I'd like you to be at that meeting and help us with our diversionary program instead of going to jail they'll have a place to stay see this is why doing these insights where we can you know spend an hour on a topic is so important to connect our community leaders as a member and supporter of PBS Hawaii you're not only promoting quality broadcast and digital content that informs and inspires you're also investing in a platform that Bridges diverse perspectives amplifies local voices and empowers lifelong learning for all ages please call go online or scan the QR code now to pledge your support it's because of you we at PBS Hawaii can tell your stories like no one else can the stories that are being told is something that gets passed on and if the Next Generation the next group of kids can Embrace that and grasp onto that it comes full circle but the most important thing when PBS came up was what is the next Generation going to offer they can sing they can write songs they can continue in our footsteps it's very important to document all these Hawaii artists for future generations to enjoy and and to look back on and and to inspire them I feel like n supporting Hawaiian musicians is everything it gives a platform for us to reach higher Heights and for our music to be heard and to give it um a production and to show the world that there's so much talent here I'm all about pushing the envelope and coming up with ideas and that's that's the beauty about our our people if you want to rap in Hawaiian rap in hawaian if you want to do an opera number in Hawaiian do it but do it right into it
