Though the canvas is small, intricately designed nail art has become a big part of personal and celebrity style. But the creators of those fingertip masterpieces are often overlooked. Hyde Park’s Tacarra “Spifster” Sutton says credit is long overdue for nail artists like herself, whose trendsetting manicures have made her a favorite of celebrities and launched her career as a designer.
